Bigg Pearl first took an interest in music in the late 80’s,Running behind his older cousins who would teach him to break dance and pop lock while they emulate some of the founding fathers of hip hop. Later falling in love with the sound of jazz and the likes of (Quincy Jones, John Coltrane, Elmore James and Mississippi Fred McDowell), he than began a journey through various instruments while in grade school. Today Bigg Pearl’s working tool’s for music consist of ”Anything that makes sound or can be used to create it”. The OnTheKool Entertainment, LLC brand label given life in 2007 is not just home to Bigg Pearl. There are currently three artist(Quest Skillz-Hiphop/Judah-RnB-Pop-Dance-Techno/Panama-Latin Hiphop -Reggeaton-Salsa)that have teamed up with the label in efforts to become a more reliable source of timeless music. With the release of BiggPearl’s first solo album titled “More Power Than GOD” and his relentless work on production for his “Team Mates” album projects , Bigg Pearl has got his thing together.
